Sisters of Steel is general strength and fitness education. The training, videos and materials are for information only. They are not personalised to you, and using them does not create a coaching, medical or professional relationship between you and Colleen O'Leary or Sisters of Steel.

We are not medical professionals and this is not medical advice. Before starting this or any exercise programme, speak to your doctor first, particularly if any of the following apply to you:

You take part at your own risk. Exercise carries a risk of injury. Work at your own level, focus on good form, and never push through pain.
